Scrum is the most widely used framework for Agile software development. In contrast to the simplicity of the Scrum framework itself, good application in practice is not obvious.
One of the success factors of Scrum is an effective Scrum Master. In this training we go through all aspects of Scrum's roles, events and artifacts. But we also look at things like requirements, team building, motivation and scaling of Scrum.
This training is the official training Scrum.org. If you have any (theoretical) knowledge of Scrum, you can also choose our one-day Scrum Master training. After the training you can do the global Certified Professional Scrum Master Level I (PSM I) assessment of Scrum.org, on a chosen time and place.
The cost of the exam is included in the cost of training. The exam is mandatory with this training.Who should attend Professional Scrum Master
